The International Food & Beverage Association (IFBA) and the Singapore Club Cambodia/Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (SCC) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to create greater opportunities for Singaporean businesses in Cambodia. The agreement was signed by Mr. Andrew Tay, President of SCC, and Mr. Hai Poh Cheong, President and Founder of IFBA, at the prestigious Conrad Centennial Singapore. This event marked a significant milestone in strengthening economic ties and fostering collaboration between the two organisations.
